How To Play
Well, Now you're wondering, Do I get to play now? Yes, but first you must learn the basics. Click on New Game. To move, you use the arrow keys, Left and Right, or the A and D keys. If you hold down CTRL while holding down an arrow key or the A or D keys, your murloc will run. When you load a new game, you will get a class selection screen. Now, depending on how you want to end the game, choose your class wisely. Now, when you have chosen your class, click accept and learn to do the basic moves. Now, You will notice a murloc with a yellow ! above his head, this means he has a quest for you! If they have a gold ?, it means you can complete the quest, and a white ? means you have to complete the quest then talk to the person.
To Talk to a NPC, Hit the Spacebar and to scroll through the text, click on the text bars or hit the spacebar. Some talk actions require you to click on a specific sentence, you will know which ones if you hover the mouse over the text and it lights up red. Proceed around with your character, and learn how to move and what not.So now you know how to play the movement keys, talk to NPCs, and all that. Notice on the top right of the screen is a gold ?. This is the Main Menu. You can save your game, load your game, and even submit your high-score (level)! Save your game by clicking Save Game and then selecting an empty slot. Now click on Load game and load the game you just saved to make sure it works. Close your main menu windows (if they haven't already) and pay attention to the bottom right of the screen. click on the backpack icon. Notice you opened your backpack. This is where you will store items you don't use and are items used in combat and quest items and all that. Notice at the bottom it says 0. That is your money. right now you probably have 0 copper.
As you progress, it will turn from 100 copper to 1 silver, and 100 silver into 1 gold. Close your bag and click on the picture of a murloc icon. This is you! Notice the slots around your character, these are armor slots. When you loot, recieve, or buy a piece of armor, open your bag and click on it to put it on. Remember, the better armor the item has, the better an item it is! For weapons, the more damage it deals, the better. Now close your bag and character sheet if you haven't already. Now click on the icon with the picture of a red target on it. You will notice this is your talent window. When you reach another level, you will gain a talent point. A Talent point is used to buy special abilities and spells. Close this window now and look at the top left of the screen. This is your character's health and energy bar.
By your portrait is your level (the yellow number) and the green bar is health, and yellow is energy. Special attacks and spells use energy, but there are items that can replenish energy in combat. Same with the health bar, when you are attacked by an enemy, your health bar goes down. You can buy items to replenish health in combat. When you visit a merchant and want to get rid of unwanted items, when you open the merchant window, a bag icon will be your mouse, click on items you wish to sell. When you kill a monster, you will get a loot and XP window. Click on the items on the corpse window to loot them, and click Continue to keep adventuring. Now for the quests. Hit the spacebar to the murloc with the ! over his head. Read the text and follow the instructions from there!
Leveling
Levels 1 - 10 : Kill Wolves for the 1st quest of the game.
Levels 1 - 15 : Kill Wolves for the spices quest
Levels 15 - 20 : Kill Tigers in STV for XP
Levels 20+ : Fight in Arena or kill tigers and such.
Old Elwynn Quests
Quest 1: Slay 10 wolves and collect the meat.
Easy to do, go right outside the gates and kill the level 1 wolves until you have all 10. Go in and out of the camp to make the wolf respawn faster.
Quest 2: Get a batch of spices for Kelchin
Simple, run down and kill wolves, keep going right until you see the text message "HELP!". At this point, you must defeat a named wolf your level or die. Warriors, use Heroic Strike, Rogues, use cold blood, then attack, Mages, use Frost nova and attack, and priests, attack and heal when needed. Talk to the goblin and purchase the spices for 5 copper.
Quest 3: Kill 10 crabs for the Fisherman.
Attack as you would normally kill a wolf except you cannot flee. Each time you kill a crab, WAIT for your health and energy to replenish before you talk to the fisherman again. In the end you will get a surprise item. While killing crabs, you might recieve "The 1 Ring". Bring this back to the murloc beside the black murloc for a reward, 5 silver or a nice weapon called "Stingy".
Quest 4: Soft Bushy Tails.
Repeat Quest as shown in Quest 1.
Quest 5: Princess
This is a hard one. Before you accept it, run back to the goblin and buy at least 5 Magic dust and talk to keltchin and buy 3 chunks of meat (depending on class). Now, talk to the fisherman to go on the boat. You will be attacked by 3 crocodiles and a mother one. You have NO chance to rest, so use items in battle when needed. When the mother comes, use a simple strategy to defeat her. The way I did it was use cold blood, Charge, Polymorph, dust, Cold blood, heroic strike. When you land on the other side of elwynn, run over to princess and defeat her. She will have 2X your hitpoints and hits hard! Use the same strategy you used on the Mother Croc and you will be fine. When you kill her, equipt the shield, as when you come back to Camp Brakil, everyone will be a slain.
Quest 6: Fangus the Mage
He is easy, go to the goblin and buy 2, that's right, 2 sticks of dynamite. Use one by the rock blocking the mine and enter. Kill the kobolds in the way and when you get to fangus (the one who wont wander around), defeat him easy depending on your class. If you can, Use Pummel and Dust as many times as possible. If you do not have these skills, use polymorph and pyroblast. If you don't have either of those, Melee however you would like and hope to be lucky. Return with the rune to the Murloc for the next part of the game.
Quest 7: The Darkmoon Faire.
This isn't really a quest, i just like the faire

. Anyway, Before you enter the portal, save the game. When you end the credits, load the game and you will be at the Darkmoon Faire! Go to the left of the faire and play "The Darkmoon Challenge". You must be at least level 15 to beat this challenge. Here is how I did it:
Same as before, when you get to Sirath, the lvl 60 Night Elf Rogue, use this strategy in Order and repeat. You need to have 5 talents in Rogue, Mage, and Priest.
1: Polymorph
2: Cold Blood
3: Magic Dust
4: Power Word Shield
5: Pyroblast
6: Magic Dust
New STV Quests:
Quest 1: Freeing Faithor.
Buy yourself a Goblin Dynamite and head on over to the Zul Gurub instance. Pretty much, you can defeat these guys easy if you got a ton of dust. Just Cold Blood, Charge, Cold Blood, Polymorph, Dust dust Dust, and repeat.
Quest 2: The Gurubashi Arena.
This is the other quest. Pretty much, use the strategy for ZG : Just Cold Blood, Charge, Cold Blood, Polymorph, Dust dust Dust, and repeat. When you get to the final boss, the Grand Champion, use this new strategy: Cold Blood, Charge, Cold Blood, Powerword Shield. If you get lucky, he will hit you. Then you will retalliate and will be able to do another Cold Blood and Heroic Strike and slay him. I did this 20 times before I won, just keep at it. Enjoy!
